Returns
All our products are non-returnable items. 

Refunds (if applicable)
If any of our products are damaged upon receipt of your order, you must provide photographs to verify the damages. Following an investigation, we will determine whether a refund will be issued. 

If you opted for local pickup but have since changed your mind or we didn't get any answer from you, we can process a refund by deducting $10 from your total order amount. This fee accounts for the costs associated with our webstore, website hosting, packaging, and the time invested in preparing your order. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
